Job Description

Join a dedicated local fleet based in Perryville, MD. Drivers will deliver freight to retail locations throughout Pennsylvania, New York (including Staten Island and Long Island), and New Jersey. Drivers are responsible for unloading freight at store locations and returning product to the distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and professionally
• Deliver freight to customer locations
• Load and unload trailers using an electric pallet jack
• Transport returned product back to the distribution center
• Complete all required paperwork and electronic logs
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations

Equipment & Freight

• Multi-temperature trailers
• Electric pallet jack provided
• Pallet-to-trailer loading at the warehouse
• Trailer-to-storeroom unloading at customer locations

Schedule

• Start times between 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM
• Operation runs 7 days per week
• No set days off
• Home daily

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A License
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience
• Ability to pull/move up to 75 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from the terminal
• Must live within 45 miles of Perryville, MD
• Must meet all DOT requirements
