Pay and Earnings

  • Average weekly pay: $1,400 (based on 1,600 miles and 3 loads)

  • Annual average: $72,000

  • Top earners average up to $1,800 per week

  • Unload pay: $230 per load (full trailer unload)

  • Backhaul pay: $50

Route and Freight Details

  • Delivery area: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana

  • Miles per week: Approximately 1,600

  • Stops per day: 1–6

  • Loads per week: Typically 3

  • Schedule: Early morning deliveries; may include nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Drivers must be willing to work in heat and varying weather conditions

Home Time

  • Home at least once per week

  • Typically includes a 34-hour reset

  • Driver must have a safe and legal place to park the truck during home time

Equipment

  • Fleet includes Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths

  • Well-maintained, reliable equipment

Requirements

  • Valid Florida CDL-A

  • Minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience

  • Must live within 100 miles of Marianna, FL

  • Ability to perform physical unloading

  • Strong commitment to safety
