Operating radius: 250 miles
Miles per week: Approximately 1,600
Freight: Fresh and frozen groceries
Trailers: 46′, 48′, 51′, and 53′ refrigerated trailers
Loads per week: Approximately 10
Stops per week: 15–20
Loads per day: 2 loads per day or 1 long load
Multi-stop deliveries (2–3 stops per load)
Return product or backhaul from final stop

Automatic day cabs assigned
Average equipment age: Approximately 3 years
Trucks cannot be taken home during time off
Pay & Compensation
Base pay: $0.53–$0.61 CPM (based on experience)
Daily incentive: $50 per day ($250 total when all 5 days are worked)
Stop pay: $22.50 per stop
Detention pay: $15 per hour after 1 hour
Layover pay: $100 per day (weather or unforeseen delays)
Holiday pay: $160 per day
Safety training pay: $20 per hour
New hire training pay: $200 per day
Schedule & Shift
Start times between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM
Monday–Friday schedule plus every other Saturday
Drivers may work holidays if scheduled and the account is running
Unload & Driver Assist
Combination of no-touch and assisted unload
Driver unload required at some locations
Pallet jack training provided
Drivers may assist nearby accounts as needed
Strong customer service skills required
Special Requirements
REAL ID CDL recommended for deliveries to military bases
Personal transportation required to and from the work location
