Miles per Week: ~1,500
Operating Radius: Up to 350 miles
Freight: Fresh & frozen groceries
Trailers: 46’, 48’, 51’, and 53’ refrigerated trailers
Loads per Week: ~10
Stops per Week: ~15–20
Load Pattern: One long load per day; occasional short load if hours allow
NYC Deliveries: Daily deliveries into NYC boroughs required
Service Area:

NY Boroughs & Long Island (80–90%)
NJ, MA, VT, RI, NH, ME, PA, and parts of upstate NY
Unload Type: Driver unload required
Pickups: Returns and occasional backhaul to distribution center
Take-Home Truck: Not permitted
Personal Transportation: Required to and from work
Uniforms: Provided

Pay & Compensation
CPM Pay: $0.48–$0.56 (based on experience and pay structure)
Estimated Yearly Earnings: ~$110,000
Daily Pay Bonus: $50/day (must work all scheduled days)
NYC Borough Stop Pay: $42 per stop
Lift Gate Stops: $45 per stop
Drop & Hook: $21 per stop
Detention Pay: Paid in 15-minute increments (on-time arrival required)
Safety Training Pay: $20/hour (classroom)
New Hire Training Pay: $200/day
Holiday Pay: $160/day

Schedule
Start Time: Around 2:30 AM
Shift Length: 12–14 hours
Days Off: Split schedule (Sunday and one weekday)
Holiday Peak: 6 days per week required
Layovers: Occasional (hotel provided)
Holiday Work: Drivers work scheduled holidays unless the account is not running
