Job Duties
Pick up loads from the Telling Industries yard in Cambridge, OH
Deliver to customers and job sites with multiple stops
Loads originate out of Cambridge, OH
Initial loads are preloaded; additional loads may be live or preloaded
Strap loads before leaving shipper and re-strap between deliveries as needed
Call delivery locations ahead of time to confirm ETA
No driver unload
May haul loads for other dedicated or fleet accounts during slow periods
Special Requirements
Flatbed certification required
Previous flatbed experience preferred
Responsible for strapping and unstrapping loads

Orientation – Direct to Work
Drivers complete orientation remotely and go directly to their work location for onboarding and account-specific training.

Paid online training – $125 total
Orientation Process Overview:
Applicant is scheduled through the regular scheduling line.
A Direct-to-Work coordinator contacts the driver within 24 hours.
Driver signs verification release forms to begin the process.
Driver submits copies of CDL (front and back) and DOT medical card.
Driver completes required online training modules (approximately 5 hours total).
Drivers are expected to remain in contact with coordinators every two days during the process.
Driver Expectations:
Submit CDL and DOT medical card within 24 hours
Electronically sign background check authorization within 24 hours
Complete online training within 72 hours of assignment
Electronically sign completed background check within 24 hours of request

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience
DOT physical, background check, and drug screening required
Approval and orientation completion required prior to dispatch
