Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Class A Regional Truck Driver to support a dedicated Nestlé Foods account based in York, PA. This position offers consistent miles, strong pay, weekly home time, and primarily no-touch freight hauling Starbucks K-Cups.
Drivers operate in a regional footprint with predictable lanes and a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. This is a 24/7 operation where on-time performance and professionalism are critical.
Pay & Compensation
Weekly average: $1,730
Annual earnings: Approximately $90,000 (6–12 month annualized)
Mileage pay: $0.78–$0.80 CPM
Stop pay: $20 per stop (average 6–8 stops/week)
Drop & hook pay: $15
Detention pay: $15/hr after 2 hours
Safety classroom pay: $20
Trainee pay: $200/day
Holiday pay: $200/day
Safety bonus: Activity-based program rewarding safety, efficiency, and work ethic
Schedule & Home Time
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
Start time window: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Driving: Mostly overnight
Layovers: 2–3 nights per week
Home time: Weekly, with returns to the account every other day for reloads

Freight: Starbucks K-Cups
Freight handling:
80% drop & hook
20% live unload (average unload time: 90 minutes)
Miles per week: ~2,100
Operating states:
PA, VA, GA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, TN, VT
Primary lanes:
York, PA to Vermont and Tennessee
Breinigsville, PA to MA, CT, VT, NY (volume dependent)
Backhaul/off-account work:
Required during facility closures or low volume; includes intermodal, other DCs, or third-party support (training provided)

Drivers living within 50 miles must park at the account
Drivers living 50+ miles away may take the truck home with secure parking

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of driving experience
Ability to meet strict on-time performance expectations
Must provide reliable transportation to/from work
