Now Hiring: Regional CDL-A Drivers – No-Touch Freight, Dedicated Lanes
We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional, dedicated account with no-touch, multi-stop freight. This position offers consistent lanes, predictable home time, and dedicated routes from Tacoma to drivers’ home states.
Freight & Pay Details
- Freight Type: No-touch, multi-stop
- Average Stops: Approximately 18 stops per week
- Stop Pay: $20 per stop
- Detention Pay: $20 per hour after 2 hours, up to a maximum of 10 hours
This account is ideal for drivers who are comfortable with multiple stops and want additional earning potential through stop and detention pay.
Routes & Operating Area
Drivers operate within the following states:
- California (CA)
- Utah (UT)
- Colorado (CO)
- Idaho (ID)
- Washington (WA)
- Oregon (OR)
- Montana (MT)
All lanes are dedicated, running from Tacoma, WA to the driver’s home state, providing consistent and predictable routing.
Home Time & Schedule
- Run Schedule: Drivers run 2 weeks out, followed by 2 full days home
- Remote Starts: Must begin on Mondays for all remote orientation drivers
This schedule provides reliable home time while still allowing for strong weekly earning potential.
Parking During Home Reset
Since trucks cannot be taken home, parking is provided at company facilities during resets:
- Utah: Salt Lake City (SLC) facility
- Colorado: Fort Lupton facility
Drivers must have reliable personal transportation to and from the terminal during home time.
Equipment & Truck Policies
- Trucks cannot be taken home
- Drivers are assigned tractors after completing the road test
- All tractor assignments are completed in Salt Lake City
Orientation & Onboarding
- Remote orientation is available
- Road test and final tractor assignment are completed in Salt Lake City, UT
- Drivers starting remotely must begin on a Monday
Important Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Ability to run regional routes for two weeks at a time
- Comfortable with multi-stop freight
- Must have reliable transportation to and from terminal locations during home time
