Regional CDL Drivers – Driver-Unload Account

We are hiring experienced regional CDL drivers for a driver-unload account. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for steady regional work with competitive pay and consistent home time.

Pay & Compensation

  • Average Weekly Pay: ~$1,500
  • Per Load Rate: $285 | 2–3 loads per week
  • CPM (Cents Per Mile): $0.56–$0.63 (based on experience)
  • Weekly Mileage: ~2,000 miles

Freight & Route Details

  • Region: TX, NM, AZ, Southern NV, UT, CO
  • Freight Type: Dry freight
  • Stops per Load: 2–6
  • Unloading: Driver unloads using gravity rollers (no pallets or lumpers required)

Home Time & Schedule

  • Home Time: Weekly with a 34-hour reset

Training & Equipment

  • Paid Training: $200/day (1–1.5 weeks)
  • Truck Assignment: Truck provided after training; may take home with approval

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 months CDL driving experience
  • Age: Must be 21 years or older
