CDL-A Truck Driver – Regional
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus | Home Weekly

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a Regional account based out of Gordonsville, VA. This position offers consistent miles, weekly home time, and steady earnings on a dedicated regional route. We are currently hiring 5 drivers.

Job Details

Home Time: Home weekly with consistent 48-hour resets (same two days off each week)
Freight: No-touch dry and refrigerated grocery freight with live unloads
Delivery Area: Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, Delaware, and West Virginia
Miles: Approximately 1,600–1,700 miles per week
Routes: Typically 2 routes per day
Shifts: Start times between 2:00 PM and midnight
Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off; weekends and holidays required
Shift Length: 11–14 hours

Pay & Compensation

Average Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,500 after a 90-day ramp-up period
Top Drivers: $1,500+ per week
Stop Pay: $20 per stop
Minimum Mileage Pay: Shorter routes paid on minimum pay band scale
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

First Load: $250
30 Days: $250
60 Days: $250
90 Days: $500
120 Days: $250
150 Days: $250
180 Days: $750

Paid Training

1 day on-site training paid at $125
3–4 ride-alongs paid at $50 per ride-along

Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Good MVR and safe driving record
Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the distribution center weekly
Ability to work afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Strong customer service skills and commitment to safety
