We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Roanoke, VA. This position offers consistent miles, steady pay, and reliable home time.

Position Details
Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
Delivery Area: Virginia (VA) & West Virginia (WV)
Schedule: Primarily overnight

Includes nights, weekends, and holidays
Holiday weeks (and the week prior) are mandatory
Operation: 7 days a week
Miles: ~2,000 miles per week
Loads: Average 4 loads per week
Length of Haul: ~490 miles per load
Equipment: Assigned sleeper trucks
Backhauls: WV loads return via Indianapolis (IN)
Note: Drivers must live within the hiring area.

Pay & Earnings
-Average Weekly Pay: $1,450
-Annual Earnings: $75,000+
-CPM (Experience-Based)
0–12 months: $0.53 CPM
12–36 months: $0.55 CPM
37–60 months: $0.56 CPM
61+ months: $0.58 CPM
Additional Pay
Unload Pay: $55 per full unload
Stop Pay: $20 per stop (including first stop)

Job Requirements
Must live within the hiring area
Must unload freight using a powered pallet jack (training provided)
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Paid Vacation
1 Year: 1 Week
3 Years: 2 Weeks
7 Years: 3 Weeks
15 Years: 4 Weeks

Home Break Option
Drivers living within 30 miles of DC may be able to take a 10-hour break at home daily
Drivers outside the 30-mile radius receive a weekly 34-hour reset
