CDL-A Regional Company Driver – Refrigerated Freight
$1,200–$1,400 Weekly | $3,000 Sign-On Bonus | No-Touch Freight

We are hiring experienced CDL-A Regional Company Drivers to run refrigerated freight with consistent miles, modern equipment, and dependable home time.

Pay & Earnings
Average Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,400 gross
Average Miles: 2,200–2,400 miles per week
Pay Structure (Solo):

Line Haul: $0.50 CPM
Accessorial Pay: $0.03–$0.04 CPM weekly
Performance Bonus: Up to $0.04 CPM
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

Paid $300 per month for 10 months
First payment paid with orientation pay

Home Time
Regional: Out 10–14 days
Home Time: 1 day off for every 6 days out (up to 4 days)
Drivers may take trucks home during home time

Freight & Lanes
Freight Type: 100% no-touch refrigerated freight
Drop & Hook: 50% of freight
Hazmat Freight: Approximately 10%
Average Length of Haul: 400 miles
Regional drivers earn more accessorial pay due to multi-stop freight

Equipment
Trucks: 2019–2021 Kenworth T-680
Transmission: Automatic and manual
Permanently assigned trucks (no slip seating)
APU, refrigerator, Bluetooth, double bunks
ThermoKing APU and 2500-watt inverter
Front-facing, event-only cameras
Governed at 68 MPH
Average tractor age: 0–3 years

Orientation
Paid Orientation: $250 total
Length: 3 days
Location: Irving, TX
Travel: Airfare covered or rental car provided
Lodging: Single hotel rooms provided
