CDL-A Truck Driver – West Coast Regional Fleet
Bi-Weekly Home Time | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for our West Coast Regional Fleet. This position offers consistent miles, modern equipment, and reliable bi-weekly home time. Routes are planned throughout the Western 11 states and Texas.

Job Details

Home Time: Bi-weekly home time
Freight: 100% no-touch freight

50–60% drop and hook
40–50% live unload
Operating Area: Western 11 states and Texas
Average Weekly Miles: Approximately 1,800 (based on HOS and availability)
Average Length of Haul: 300 miles
Average Weekly Pay: $1,000 gross
Schedule: Regional routing designed to maximize consistency and home time

Equipment & Support

2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors
24/7 operations and driver support

Pay & Bonuses

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

$500 after first load
$500 after 30 days (driver must be active and seated at payout)
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (paid monthly; driver must be active OTR at time of payout)

Paid Vacation

1 year: 1 week
3 years: 2 weeks
7 years: 3 weeks
15 years: 4 weeks

Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Good MVR and safe driving record
Ability to operate in a regional OTR environment
Must meet all DOT and company safety requirements
