Now Hiring: Home-Weekly CDL-A Drivers (Dedicated Account)

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional account with consistent freight, predictable routes, and weekly home time.

Pay and Earnings

• Average pay: $1,610 per week
• Top 10% earners: $2,099 per week
• Pay structure:
  • CPM (cents per mile) plus $320 per load
  • Average 2 loads per week
• Bonus:
  • Up to 3% safe and on-time mileage bonus

Miles, Loads, and Freight

• Miles: Approximately 1,600 miles per week
• Loads: 2–3 loads per week
• Stops: 4–5 stops per load
• Freight type: Dry freight
• Unloading:
  • Hand unload using rollers
  • No pallets, no lumpers
  • Physical work required

Schedule and Home Time

• Home weekly with a 34-hour reset, usually Saturday or Sunday
• Deliveries typically start around 5:00 AM
• Some night deliveries may be required
• Dedicated regional routes with consistent customers

Operating Areas (Regional Lanes)

Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kentucky

Equipment and Training

• Trucks can be taken home where permitted
• Paid mentor training: $220 per day for 5 days

Driver Requirements
