CDL-A Regional Dry Van Driver

Position Overview

We are currently hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van opportunity running primarily throughout the Western United States. This position offers consistent freight, predictable miles, and the opportunity to stay within the western region while earning competitive weekly pay. Drivers can expect a combination of live load, live unload, preloaded trailers, and drop-and-hook freight.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Average weekly earnings: Approximately $1,000+
  • Mileage-based pay structure

  • Stop pay: $15 per stop
  • Unload pay: $80 for full hand unloads

Home Time

  • Home every two weeks
  • 34-hour restart at home
  • Typical time out on the road is 12–14 days
  • Most drivers receive 1–2 days off at home between trips
  • Some loads may route drivers closer to home more frequently depending on freight demands

Route Information

  • Primary operating area includes the western states
  • Occasional freight into Colorado
  • Freight remains largely within the western region
  • Drivers should be prepared for all-weather conditions, including winter driving in northern areas
  • Dedicated regional operations with steady freight demand throughout the year

Driver Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid CDL-A License
  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • Safe driving history
  • Ability to operate in varying weather and road conditions
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Credentials

  • Hazmat Endorsement
  • TWIC Card
  • Ability to safely manage long-haul and regional freight operations
