Position Details
- CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver
- Operating throughout the Western region
- Freight lanes primarily between Southern California and the Pacific Northwest
- Live Load, Live Unload, Preload, and Drop-and-Hook freight
- Day and night driving opportunities available
- Weekend work required
- Holiday work expectations discussed during hiring process
- Approximately 2,100 miles per week average
Compensation & Benefits
- Average weekly earnings: $1,200 – $1,400
- Performance bonus opportunities available
- Stop Pay: $15 per stop

Home Time
- Home every two weeks
- 34-hour restart at home
- Potential opportunities to pass through home more frequently depending on freight routing and location

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Safe driving history and commitment to DOT compliance
- Ability to operate safely in varying weather and road conditions
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Must meet all applicable federal and state transportation regulations
Hiring Area
Drivers must reside within approximately 200 miles of the approved hiring area. Hiring opportunities are available throughout parts of:
