CDL-A Regional Dry Van Driver

Position Overview

We are currently hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position operating throughout the Pacific Northwest and Western United States. This opportunity offers consistent freight, reliable miles, competitive weekly earnings, and predictable home time. Drivers will run a combination of live loads, live unloads, drop-and-hook, and preloaded freight while staying closer to home than traditional over-the-road routes.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Average weekly earnings: $1,200 – $1,300
  • Monthly driver performance bonus available for qualifying drivers
  • Short-haul pay available
  • Stop pay: $15 per stop
  • Consistent freight volumes and dependable miles

Home Time

  • Home every two weeks
  • Regional routes designed to keep drivers closer to home
  • Scheduled earned time off available
  • Holiday work may be required depending on operational needs, though time-off options may be available based on scheduling requirements

Operating Area

Drivers will primarily operate throughout:

  • Washington
  • Oregon
  • Idaho
  • Nevada
  • Utah
  • California

Primary freight lanes include routes throughout the Pacific Northwest with deliveries into Northern California, Southern California, and Nevada.

Schedule

  • Day and night driving available
  • Weekend work required
  • Consistent year-round freight
  • Regional operation with regular home time opportunities

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A License
  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
  • Safe driving record
  • Ability to operate safely in varying weather conditions
  • Comfortable driving in major metropolitan areas and heavy traffic environments
  • Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
