We are hiring an experienced Regional Truck Driver to support our frozen food DC-to-DC network. This position offers consistent lanes, weekly home time, and strong earning potential.

Pay & Earnings

Weekly average: $1,673

Average yearly earnings: $87,000 (annualized)

Mileage pay: $0.65–$0.69 CPM

Detention pay: $15/hr after 2 hours (average $150/week)

Miscellaneous work: $15/hr

Safety training: $20/hr

Trainee pay: $200/day

Holiday pay: $140/day

Home Time & Schedule

Exact weekly home time

Schedule options: Saturday–Wednesday or Sunday–Thursday

Off 1.5–2 days per week

Pickups typically late morning to mid-afternoon

Holidays off: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day

Drivers needed: 1

Experience required: Minimum 3 months

Miles per week: Approximately 2,194

Freight type: Frozen food products

Freight handling: Live load and live unload, no-touch to driver

Stops: 1 stop per load, average 4 loads per week

Lane model: Assigned static lane after training; must be flexible to run other lanes as needed

Account type: Regional static-lane DC network

Operating Area

Distribution centers located in:

NY, CT, NH, PA, GA, SC, FL, CO, IN, IA, WI

Equipment

Sleeper conventional trucks

Reefer trailers

Trucks cannot be taken home

Additional Position Details

No-touch freight despite live load/unload

Mostly consistent weekly routes

Flexibility required based on network needs

Riders permitted on occasion with approved paperwork

Activity-based performance plan focused on safety, efficiency, and work ethic

Orientation & Onboarding

Paid online orientation

No travel or overnight hotel stay required

Local drug screen testing near driver’s residence

Drivers complete online training prior to reporting to their assigned work location

Orientation pay: $125 total
