Job Summary
We are hiring Class A CDL Regional Drivers for a dedicated account based in Salt Lake City, UT. This position offers strong weekly pay, consistent freight, and a predictable alternating schedule. Drivers will deliver Costco products throughout Utah, Idaho, and Montana, operating mostly no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
This opportunity is ideal for drivers comfortable with mountain driving, winter conditions, and heavier loads who want steady miles and long-term stability.
Pay & Compensation
Weekly Average: $1,576
Annual Pay: $82,000+
Pay Rate: $0.60 – $0.63 CPM
CPM Increases: $0.01 annually until max of $0.63 CPM
Miles Per Week: ~2,300

Schedule & Home Time
Home Time: Weekly reset
Exact Schedule:
One 6-day work week
Followed by one 4-day work week
Start Days: Tuesdays or Thursdays (assigned during welcome call)
Start Times: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (assigned; consistent once set)
Weekend Work: Required
Average Workday: 11–14 hours
Additional Home Time:
Drivers living within 75 miles of Salt Lake City may receive 1–2 nights home per week in addition to reset (not guaranteed).

Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3+ months tractor-trailer experience
Must meet DOT hiring standards
Willing and able to chain as weather requires
Comfortable driving in mountains and winter weather
Must provide own transportation to and from the account

Ability to handle heavy loads
Willing to assist other dedicated accounts as needed

Submit CDL (front/back) and DOT medical card within 24 hours

Complete approximately 5 hours of online training within 72 hours
Maintain contact with onboarding coordinators every two days
