CDL-A Truck Driver – Dedicated

We are hiring CDL-A solo drivers for a dedicated account based. This position offers steady, non-seasonal freight, competitive mileage pay, weekly guarantees, and the ability to take your truck home.

Job Details
Freight: dry goods
Delivery Type: Multi-stop routes
Unloading: Driver hand unload, piece-by-piece onto roller racks
States Served: OH, MI, IN, KY, PA, WV, MD, NY, VT
Backhauls: Approximately 25%
Loads: 3–4 loads per week
Stops: 1–5 stops per trailer
Schedule: Account operates 7 days per week
Home Time: 34–48 hour reset (weekends not guaranteed)
Typical Week:

Start Sunday and home Friday after unload, or
Start Monday and home Saturday after unload

Pay & Compensation
Mileage Pay: $1.39–$1.41 CPM (based on experience)
Average Weekly Pay: $1,980–$2,040
Annual Earnings: $103,000–$106,000
Weekly Guarantee: $1,200 for the first 60 days
Training Pay: $240 per day
Safe Stop Program: Earn $10 per stop for safe driving

Approximately $600–$800 paid quarterly
Pay increases $0.01 per year until reaching $1.41 CPM

Driver Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Must be at least 21 years old
Good MVR and safety record
Must be able to perform physical unloading

Training 
Training: Typically 2 weeks based on experience
