CDL-A Truck Driver 
Home Weekly | Paid Training | Up to $2,300/week

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account out of Morehead, KY. This is a weekly home time position with paid training and competitive pay.

Job Details

Home Time: Weekly with 34-hour reset
Freight: 100% touch freight, box-by-box live unload using rollers
Delivery Area: AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, WV
Loads: 3 loads per week, 3–7 stops per load
Miles: 1,200–1,500 miles per week
Start Times: Early AM with deliveries throughout the day
Equipment: International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors
Orientation: Paid shadow training at $150/day for 1 week (ride along with current driver)
Restrictions

Cannot hire drivers currently running the account for Werner or USA Truck (DB Schenker)
Drivers running other lanes or OTR for these carriers are eligible

Pay & Benefits

Average Weekly Pay: $1,700 after training
Top Weekly Pay: Up to $2,300
Pay Structure: Mileage + unload pay + stop pay
Paid Vacation:

1 year: 1 week
2 years: 2 weeks
7 years: 3 weeks
10 years: 4 weeks

Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Must be able to unload freight exceeding 2,500 cases
Strong customer service skills and patience
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Not a daily or every-weekend home position

Training

1-week paid ride along with current driver at $150/day before being assigned your own tractor
