Pay and Earnings

  • Weekly Net: approximately $3,200–$3,400 after deductions
  • Monthly Net: approximately $13,000
  • Annual Net: $165,000–$195,000+
  • Safety Bonus: up to $3,000 per truck annually

    • Flatbed
    • Step Deck
    • RGN (6–9 axle)

  • High-value loads with escort coordination, permit routing, and repositioning

Drivers work with experienced dispatchers who understand heavy haul logistics, permitting, and securement requirements.

Home Time

  • Exact home time scheduling
  • Typical trips are 7–10 days out per run
  • Flexible planning to meet personal home time needs

Pay Structure Highlights

  • 65–66% of linehaul depending on tractor and setup
  • Up to 77.7% maximum payout
  • 100% pay on:
    • Fuel surcharge
    • Detention
    • Tarps
    • Stop-offs
    • Layovers

Weekly Deductions (if using company services)

  • Escrow: $50 per week, capped at $1,000
  • Plates and permits: $110 per week for the first 20 weeks
  • ELD: $20 per week
  • Insurance options available but not required

Orientation and Onboarding
