CDL A OTR Truck Driver Nationwide Routes

We are currently hiring experienced CDL-A Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers to join our growing fleet. This position offers competitive pay, reliable miles, modern equipment, and a strong benefits package for drivers who want consistency and long-term opportunity.

Compensation

$0.50 – $0.65 CPM (paid on all miles, loaded and empty)
Per diem included
$1,000 minimum weekly guaranteed pay (with a full work schedule)
Additional pay for:
- Detention
- Stop-offs
- Layovers

Routes & Freight

Nationwide OTR runs
Steady, year-round freight
Dispatch focused on maximizing miles and minimizing downtime

Home Time

Typical schedule: 3–4 weeks out
Minimum of 4 days home after each run
Earn 1 additional day off for every 6 days worked
Flexible home time planning whenever possible

Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 21 years of age
At least 12 months of verified OTR driving experience
Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements
