    • Introduced to counter shorter freight hauls in the trucking industry
    • Solo Mileage Drivers earn higher pay per mile on loads under 400 miles
    • Pay Structure: The shorter the haul, the higher the additional Band Pay (paid on both pickup and delivery)

  • Additional quarterly bonus for safe driving.
    • Solo or Team Drivers: $600 every 90 days

Requirements:

  1. Must have at least 9  months of Tractor Trailer experience
  2. A valid and current Class A CDL
  3. No DWIs in the past 7 years
  4. No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
  5. No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
  6.  No drug test refusal or failure
