PAY & COMPENSATION DETAILS

Drivers are paid for all miles, whether the trailer is loaded or empty, at a competitive rate of $0.67 per mile. In addition to mileage pay, drivers are eligible for several forms of accessorial pay to ensure compensation for delays and unexpected downtime.

Breakdown Pay: $150 per day if a breakdown prevents you from running
Layover Pay: $150 per day when held over due to load or scheduling delays
Detention Pay: Paid after 4 hours at docks or customer locations

ROUTE & MILES

Drivers can expect consistent freight and steady weekly miles with regional to longer-haul runs across multiple states. Lanes are designed to keep drivers moving while maintaining predictable home time.

Average Miles Per Week: 2,800–3,000 miles
Average Length of Haul: 400–500 miles
Primary Running Areas: Midwest, Mid-Central, South, and Southeast regions, including but not limited to:
Wisconsin to North Carolina, Kentucky to Tennessee, Kentucky to Ohio, and Michigan intrastate runs

Drivers operate well-maintained, late-model equipment designed for comfort and efficiency on the road.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Drivers will haul no-touch freight, meaning no loading or unloading is required. Responsibilities include safe and timely delivery of freight, compliance with all DOT and company safety regulations, maintaining accurate logs and trip documentation, and performing basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Must have at least 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• No SAP drivers
• Clean MVR with a strong safety record
• Must be able to pass all DOT and company-required drug and background screenings
• Must be reliable, safety-focused, and professional with customers and dispatch
