Job Details

Freight: 100% touch freight, live unload
Coverage Area: VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, MD, and WV — all within 700 miles of the Front Royal, VA distribution center.
Mileage: Drivers run 1500 miles per week with 1–6 stops per trailer.
Schedule: Runs include nights, weekends, and holidays as they fall within the driver’s schedule. A minimum of 3 loads per week is required.

Unload Process: Drivers earn $250 to unload trailers and an additional $125 per week for completing 3 loads.

Key Requirements

Must have or be willing to obtain a doubles endorsement (preferred).
Unloading Freight: This role involves physically unloading freight at stores
Customer Service Skills: Patience and professionalism with customers are essential.
Hard Backing: Must be comfortable with tight backing situations.
Training: Orientation includes two full shadow runs to learn the unload process, paid at $150 per day.
