CDL-A OTR Truck Driver – Nationwide Routes

We are currently hiring experienced CDL-A Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers to join our growing and driver-focused fleet. This position is ideal for professional drivers who want steady miles, dependable pay, modern equipment, and long-term stability with a company that respects your time and work.

Compensation & Pay

$0.50 – $0.65 CPM (paid on all miles – loaded and empty)
Per diem included for tax advantages
$1,000 minimum guaranteed weekly pay with a full work schedule
Additional pay for:
- Detention
- Stop-offs
- Layovers
Bonus opportunities available based on performance and safety

Home Time

We believe drivers deserve real rest and quality time at home.

Typical schedule: 3–4 weeks out
Minimum of 4 full days home after each run
Earn 1 additional day off for every 6 days worked

Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum age: 21 years old
At least 12 months of verified OTR driving experience
Clean driving record
Must meet all DOT and safety requirements
Professional attitude and commitment to safe driving
