Now Hiring CDL-A OTR Drivers
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Over-The-Road drivers who are ready to run nationwide lanes, earn competitive pay, and drive late-model equipment while enjoying consistent home time and full benefits.
Pay & Compensation
- $0.50 – $0.65 CPM (paid on all miles: loaded and empty, including per diem)
- $1,000 minimum weekly guaranteed pay with full schedule availability
- Additional pay for:
- Detention
- Stop pay
- Layover pay
- Bonus opportunities available based on performance and safety
Home Time
- Stay out 3–4 weeks at a time
- Receive at least 4 consecutive days off after each rotation
- Earn 1 day off for every 6 days worked

Orientation
- 3-day paid orientation
- Paid at $100 per day

Driver Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 12 months of verified OTR driving experience
- Clean driving and safety record preferred
- Must meet all DOT and company safety requirements
