Hiring CDL-A OTR Drivers — $0.50–$0.65 CPM (Loaded & Empty, incl. per diem)

We are currently hiring professional CDL-A OTR drivers to run nationwide routes with consistent freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time. This position is ideal for experienced drivers looking for steady miles, strong weekly guarantees, and modern equipment.

Compensation & Pay

$0.50–$0.65 CPM (paid on loaded and empty miles)
Per diem included
$1,000 minimum weekly guarantee with a full schedule
Additional pay for:
- Detention
- Stop pay
- Layover pay

Consistent freight to keep you moving
No forced dispatch — we value communication and respect driver time

Home Time

Stay out 3–4 weeks at a time
Minimum of 4 consecutive days off
Earn 1 day off for every 6 days worked

Driver Requirements

3-day orientation
Paid $100 per day
