No-touch freight
75% regional / 25% local
Hazmat required within 90 days (reimbursed)
85% drop & hook
Slip seat only during maintenance
Pay & Earnings
Weekly Average: $1,615 – $1,730
Annual Earnings: $84,000 – $90,000
Regional Pay:
$0.63 CPM (up to $0.66 CPM with tenure)
$20 per stop
Local Pay:
$0.725 CPM (up to $0.745 CPM with tenure)
$30 per stop
Extras:
$30 per backhaul stop
Breakdown pay after 2 hours
$100 weekly additional compensation (attendance-based)
Schedule & Home Time
Start time: 2:00 AM
Home 2–3 nights per week
2 consecutive days off weekly
May include one weekend day
7 PTO days first year, 10 after one year
