Job Summary
We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Ohio Mid-East Regional account. This position offers predictable routes, steady freight, exact home time every two weeks, and competitive weekly pay. Drivers run out-and-back lanes primarily within Ohio and surrounding states, keeping you close to home while earning consistently.

This role is trainee-friendly, with no endorsements required, and supports both experienced and entry-level drivers looking to build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities
Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
Run regional out-and-back lanes to and from Ohio
Transport dry freight with no-touch loads
Complete live loads/unloads, drop & hook, and preloaded trailers
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
Communicate effectively with dispatch and planners to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Trainees accepted (no prior experience required)
No endorsements required
Must live within 150 miles of Columbus, OH (43228)
Willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts
Ability to operate in cold weather conditions when required

Schedule & Home Time
Home Time: Every two weeks (exact home time)
Shifts Available:

Day, Night, or Rotating
Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
Weekend Work: Yes
Holiday Work: Aligned with home time

Pay & Compensation
Weekly Average Pay: $1,200 – $1,400
CPM Pay Scale:

$0.56 (0–6 months)
$0.59 (6–12 months)
$0.60 (1–2 years)
Weekly Mileage: ~1,800 miles
Short Haul Pay: $40 for loads under 100 miles
Stop Pay: $15 per stop

Paid Orientation: $300 (upon official hire)
