Pay (Loaded / Empty CPM)

  • 9–29 months experience: $0.69 / $0.67
  • 30+ months experience: $0.71 / $0.69
  • More accurate Practical Mileage pay
  • Premium pay per mile for placarded Hazmat (less than 2% of freight is placarded)

  • Drivers new to this position may qualify for one of the following options:

    • $1,125 sign-on

Band Pay (loaded miles only / non-relay loads):

  • 0–100 miles: $35 per load
  • 101–400 miles: $25 per load
  • $100 anniversary bonus (paid annually for each year of service)
  • Detention pay after 1 hour
  • Safety-based raises at mileage intervals (high cap)

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 9 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • (6 months may qualify if teaming with an experienced driver — call for details)
  • No DWIs in the past 7 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • No preventable DOT-reportable accidents in the past 3 years
  • Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) (company drivers only)
  • No drug test refusal or failure
