Truck Driver Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated truck drivers for a high-paying, home-weekly position. This role involves delivering dry freight to various locations, with drivers actively unloading trailers using rollers. Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver freight to designated locations across multiple states, including MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, MO, AR, OK, TN, and KY.
– Hand unload trailers using rollers (no pallets or lumpers).
– Complete 2-3 loads per week, with 4-5 stops per load.
– Drive an average of 1,600 miles per week, with mileage ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 round trip.

Schedule:
– Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset, typically including Saturday or Sunday.
– Delivery schedules may start as early as 5:00 AM or include night deliveries starting at 11:00 PM.

Compensation:
– Competitive pay structure, including CPM and load pay.
– Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay.
– Average weekly earnings: $1,610 ($83,000 annually).
– Top 10% earnings: $2,099 weekly ($109,000 annually).
– Mentor pay: $220 per day for a 5-day period.
