Job Details:
– Regionalized Freight: Routes span multiple regions but are designed to get you home for your 34-hour reset weekly.
– Weekly Miles: Average 2,000 miles per week (dependent on HOS and availability).
– Length of Haul: Average 300 miles.
– Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight (50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload).

Equipment and Support:
– 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
– 24/7 access to operations support.

Vacation Package:
– 1 year = 1 week.
– 3 years = 2 weeks.
– 7 years = 3 weeks.
– 15 years = 4 weeks.

Pay and Bonuses:
– Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the second hour.
– Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day.
– Sign-On Bonus (SOB):
– $500 after the first load.
– $500 after 30 days.
– $1,000 after 60 days (must be active and seated at payout).
– Performance Bonus: Up to 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (starting the first of the month after hire).

Bonus Eligibility Requirements:
– Must be an active company driver on the day of payout.
– Bonuses are subject to modification or cancellation with notice under applicable law.
– Employment remains at-will.
