CDL-A Western Regional Dry Van Driver

Job Description

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a Western Regional Dry Van position running throughout the 11 Western states. This opportunity offers consistent miles, reliable freight, and the ability to stay closer to home while still earning competitive weekly pay. Drivers can expect a mix of live loads, live unloads, preload freight, and drop-and-hook freight. Runs are typically no more than two days in length, with the option to travel outside the Western region if desired.

This position is ideal for both experienced CDL-A drivers and recent graduates looking to start their driving career. Drivers will operate late-model dry van equipment and enjoy a combination of day and night driving opportunities. Weekend and holiday work may be required based on freight demands.

Position Details

• Dry Van freight
• Home every two weeks

• Runs throughout AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY
• Consistent freight and steady miles

Pay & Benefits

• Average weekly earnings: $1,000 – $1,300+
• Performance bonus available
• Up to $0.06 per mile additional bonus potential
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• Additional unload compensation available
• Consistent weekly miles ranging from approximately 1,700 to 2,100 miles
• Standard mileage pay scale based on experience

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must meet DOT qualification standards
• Ability to operate safely in various weather conditions, including occasional winter driving
• Strong safety and customer service mindset
• Willingness to work weekends as needed
