We are currently seeking experienced CDL-A Team Drivers for a full-time opportunity running freight on a dedicated lane servicing the Baltimore, MD area. As a Team Driver, you and your co-driver will work together to keep freight moving efficiently while maximizing productivity and maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations. Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle in a team-driving environment
• Transport freight efficiently while meeting scheduled pickup and delivery appointments
• Follow all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and trip documentation
• Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
• Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and your co-driver throughout each trip
• Plan routes and manage driving schedules to maximize efficiency and compliance
• Ensure cargo is transported safely and securely
• Represent the company professionally with customers and vendors

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• Previous over-the-road or team driving experience preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work closely with a co-driver for extended periods
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism
