Position Details

  • Regional Dry Van Freight
  • Live Load, Live Unload, Preloaded, and Drop & Hook freight
  • Running primarily throughout the Pacific Northwest and Western region
  • Routes include Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and California
  • Day and night driving opportunities available
  • Weekend work required
  • Holiday driving may be required, with scheduled earned time off available
  • Home every two weeks

Compensation & Benefits

  • Average weekly earnings: $1,200 – $1,300
  • Performance-based monthly bonus opportunities
  • Additional stop pay
  • Short-haul pay available
  • Consistent freight and steady miles
  • Weekly mileage averages ranging from approximately 1,100 to 1,300 miles depending on route assignment and freight demand

  • Dry van freight
  • Mix of:
    • Drop & Hook
    • Live Load
    • Live Unload
    • Preloaded Trailers
  • Regional routes designed to keep drivers closer to home compared to long-haul operations

Driver Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience
  • Safe driving record
  • Ability to operate in varying weather conditions
  • Comfortable driving in both rural and metropolitan areas
  • Strong commitment to safety and on-time service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving throughout western states
  • Ability to safely operate in winter weather conditions
  • Strong trip planning and time-management skills
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
