Position Details
- Regional Dry Van Freight
- Operating primarily throughout Oregon and Washington
- Majority of runs along the I-5 corridor between northern and southern markets
- Combination of:
- Drop & Hook Freight
- Preloaded Trailers
- Load Assist
- Unload Assist
- Day and Night Shift Availability
- Weekend work required
- Holiday work may be required based on freight demands
- Team positions currently unavailable
- Solo drivers only
Compensation & Earnings
- Starting pay: Up to $0.50 CPM based on experience/pay band
- Average weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,500
- Typical weekly mileage: 2,000–2,300 miles
- $15 Stop Pay
- Driver Performance Bonus Program available
- Consistent freight and earning opportunities throughout the year
- No short-haul pay program on this account
Home Time
Drivers can expect flexible home time options depending on operational needs:
- Weekly home time available
- Every-other-week home time options available
- 34-hour restart opportunities
- Regional route allows for more frequent time at home compared to traditional OTR positions

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL-A License
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Safe driving record
- Ability to work day or night shifts
- Ability to assist with loading and unloading when required
- Must reside within the approved hiring area of Oregon or Washington
- Professional attitude and commitment to safety and customer service
