CDL-A Regional Dry Van Driver
Position Overview
We are currently hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a Regional Dry Van position operating throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Drivers can expect consistent freight, competitive pay, flexible home time options, and a mix of drop-and-hook and live freight. What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with all DOT regulations.
- Transport dry van freight throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
- Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and support staff.
- Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of freight.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Route Information
- Regional Northeast operation
- Freight typically runs north from Virginia into the Northeast and New England regions
- Combination of:
- Drop and Hook
- Live Load
- Live Unload
- Preloaded Trailers
- Some city driving required
- Approximately 1,500–2,800 miles per week
- Flexible home time with 34-hour resets available on weekends
- Day and night shift opportunities available
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $0.55 CPM
- Additional $0.01 CPM increases based on tenure
- Top pay up to $0.65 CPM
- Average weekly earnings: $1,300–$2,000

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum experience required (experienced drivers only)
- Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer in various weather and traffic conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings
- No endorsements required
Hiring Areas
Drivers must live within approximately 200 miles of the hiring area and reside in one of the following states:
- Connecticut
- New Jersey
- New York
Most major cities within the hiring states are eligible, excluding New York City.
