We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account. This position offers consistent miles, predictable lanes, and reliable bi-weekly home time.

Job Details
Freight: No-touch dry van
Home Time: Home every 2 weeks
Lanes: Midwest, TX, FL, GA, TN, CO
Loads: 2–3 loads per week
Miles: 2,000–2,500 miles per week
Stops: 2–3 stops per load (average 30 minutes per stop)
Operations: No trailer hunts, streamlined dispatch, consistent round-trip freight
Schedule: Drivers must be available for days, nights, weekends
Drivers will deliver near their home location, take a reset at home, then run a backhaul to Terre Haute.

Pay & Compensation
Average Weekly Pay: $1,450
Top Earners: $1,600+ per week
Average Annual Pay: $75,000–$80,000
Stop Pay: $10 per stop
Detention Pay: $15 per hour after 2 hours
Layover Pay: $100 after 24 hours
Experience-Based CPM

3–11 months: $0.54 CPM
1–2 years: $0.56 CPM
3–5 years: $0.58 CPM
5+ years: $0.60 CPM

30 Days: $500
60 Days: $250
90 Days: $500

Valid Class A CDL
