Job Details
Home Time: Home daily
Operating Area: Within a 250-mile radius of Westfield, MA
Schedule:

Start time between 12:01 AM – 3:00 AM
Monday–Friday and every other Saturday
12–14 hour shifts
Freight: Fresh and frozen grocery deliveries
Trailer Type: Reefer (53’, 51’, 48’, or 46’)
Loads: Multi-stop routes, averaging 31 stops per week
Stops: NYC boroughs, Long Island, New Jersey, and Boston
Equipment: Automatic and manual day cabs (slip-seat)
Trucks cannot be taken home

Pay & Compensation
Average Annual Pay: $85,000–$100,000
CPM: $0.50–$0.54
Average Miles: 1,381 per week
Additional Pay

$50/day daily rate (must work all 5 days; calling out forfeits weekly daily rate)
$19–$20.50 per non-lift gate dock stop
$30–$31.50 per stop for NYC borough deliveries
$23–$24.50 per stop for non-NYC (Long Island or NJ)
$30–$31.50 per Boston stop
$100 layover pay (hotel provided)
Detention pay in 15-minute increments (must arrive within delivery window)
New hire training pay: $200/day
Holiday pay: $160/day
Safety bonus opportunities

Job Responsibilities
Driver unload using electric or manual pallet jack and liftgate
Frozen product deliveries (1–3 pallets per stop)
Occasional piece-by-piece hand unloading
Curbside deliveries in NYC; dock deliveries in NJ; mixed in Long Island
Occasional backhauls and return product pickups
Support other local accounts as needed

Driver Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience
Must be at least 21 years old
Good MVR and strong safety record
Preferred: prior NYC borough delivery experience
Must have reliable personal transportation to and from work daily
Strong customer service skills
Ability to perform physical unloading
