Pay & Earnings
Weekly Average: $1,730 – $2,153
Expected Annual Earnings: $90,000 – $112,000
Band Pay Program: Higher pay per mile on loads under 400 miles to offset shorter hauls

PasSmart Safety Bonus
Earn 68 MPH for 60 minutes per 24 hours (teams: 120 minutes)
Requires a clean safety record (no speeding or probation)

Paid annually on your hire-date anniversary
$100 per year of service (no cap)

Orientation Details
Length: 4 days
Start Day: Monday
Orientation Pay: $300 per driver (paid on first check)
Transition Bonuses
Solo Drivers: CSA (PTO) and On-Road Bonus paid on first check, plus an additional On-Road Bonus after 30 days
Team Drivers: Same bonus structure for each driver
