Any employment relationship formed is strictly between the driver and the hiring carrier.

  • We are not liable for employment decisions made by carriers

  • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, disputes, or losses arising from employment

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services (if any)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USA CDL Recruiting, its owners, and affiliates from any claims arising out of:

  • Your use of our services

  • Your interactions or employment with carriers

  • Violations of law or these Terms

12. Intellectual Property
