OTR Company Driver – Solo | Flexible Home Time | No-Touch Freight
Position Overview
We are hiring Over-the-Road (OTR) Company Drivers who want true long-haul experience with the flexibility to manage their own home time. Drivers choose the running style that fits their lifestyle—whether that means staying out longer for maximum miles or running more regionally for more frequent time at home. Dispatch works with each driver to support their preferences.
Weekly Pay
Drivers can expect weekly earnings between $900 and $1,300 based on miles and performance. This reflects typical weekly outcomes for active OTR drivers running consistent schedules.
Home Time Flexibility
There is no fixed home time policy. Drivers communicate their needs and dispatch works to support those requests. The system is designed to balance productivity with personal commitments.
Freight and Operating Area
Freight is 100% no-touch with a mix of drop and hook and live unload.
Nationwide lanes, primarily east of the central U.S. corridor.
No forced dispatch into highly congested metro areas.
Routing follows freight demand rather than fixed lane patterns.
Mileage Expectations
Most drivers average around 2,000 miles per week depending on hours of service and availability. Top drivers often reach 2,300 to 3,000 miles per week based on consistency and willingness to stay moving.
Trainer Opportunities
Drivers who choose to train new drivers can earn additional weekly pay while a student is on the truck, plus upgrade bonuses when the student completes training. This can significantly increase annual earning potential for drivers who enjoy mentoring.
Equipment and Support
Late-model tractors with modern comfort features.
Average length of haul is approximately 400 miles.
Operations support is available 24/7 with every shift empowered to assist drivers.
