CDL Class A Driver — Home Daily (Opelika, AL Area)

Location:
Opelika, AL (Drivers must live within 40 miles of ZIP code 36801)

Pay:

  • Average weekly pay: $1,200 – $1,500
  • Additional pay for weekend and night shifts (differential pay)
  • Pay is issued weekly

Schedule:

  • Work 5–6 days per week
  • Home daily
  • Day shifts and night shifts available
  • Start times may vary depending on route and customer needs

Job Duties:

  • Live load and live unload at customer locations
  • No-touch freight (you do not handle the product)
  • Some drop-and-hook loads available
  • Local routes with weekly mileage between 1,200 and 1,800 miles
  • Operate equipment in compliance with DOT and company safety standards
  • Complete required logs and inspections

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 0–6 months of Class A driving experience accepted (recent graduates welcome)
  • Must meet all DOT physical and safety requirements
  • Clean driving record preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
