Southeast Regional CDL-A Truck Driver – Ellenwood, GA Based | Home Weekly

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for our Southeast Regional fleet based out of Ellenwood, GA. This position is designed to get drivers home weekly for a full 34-hour reset while running consistent freight throughout the Southeast.

This is a great opportunity for drivers with at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience who are looking for steady miles, reliable pay, and newer equipment.

Position Details

  • Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
  • Running Area: AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN
  • Freight Type:
    • 100% no-touch freight
    • 50–60% drop & hook
    • 40–50% live unload
  • Equipment:
    • 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth tractors
    • Automatic transmission
    • Dry Van & Reefer trailers
  • Cameras: Event-only, front-facing cameras (no driver-facing)

Pay & Miles

  • Average Weekly Miles: Approximately 1,800 (based on HOS and freight availability)
  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,000–$1,100 gross per week
  • Performance Bonus:
    • Up to 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
    • Bonus begins the first full month after hire
    • Driver must be active OTR at time of payout

Additional Pay

  • Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour
  • Layover / Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
