Job Posting: Driver Position
Position: Company Solo Driver (OTR)
Freight Type: Dry Van (100% No Touch, 5% Drop & Hook)
Equipment: 2023 Freightliner Cascadias (Automatic, inverters, no APU)
Pay & Benefits:
– $0.67 CPM (Loaded & Empty)
– Weekly Pay: $1500-$2000 (1099, direct deposit every Friday)
– Layover/Breakdown Pay: $150/day
– Vacation: After 3 months (52-week average)
– Rider & Pet Policy: Allowed
Requirements:
– Age: 26+
– Experience: 2 years TT OTR in the past 3 years
– Clean driving record (details provided)
– Haz-Mat not required
Schedule & Routes:
– 2800-3000 miles/week, 400-500 miles per haul
– 3 weeks out, 3-4 days home
– Hiring Areas: East of the Rockies (excludes NYC/boroughs)
Orientation:
– 1 day (starts Mondays/Thursdays)
– Lodging & travel provided (meals not included)
