OTR Truck Driver – Dry Van

Pay (Per Practical Mile)
9–29 months experience:
$0.68 CPM with Hazmat
$0.65 CPM without Hazmat

30+ months experience:
$0.70 CPM with Hazmat
$0.67 CPM without Hazmat

Paid weekly using practical miles.

Home Time
Out approximately 18 days, home 5 days.

Freight
Full truckload, dry van.
100% no-touch freight.
No NYC, Canada, or Mexico.

Bonuses
CSA safety bonus every 90 days:
$875 with Hazmat or $700 plus 8 hours paid time off.

On-road safety bonus:
$600 every 90 days.

Sign-On Bonus Options
Option 1 (qualifying safety record):
$1,475 with Hazmat or $1,300 without Hazmat, plus orientation pay, paid time off, and an additional $600 after 30 days.

Option 2:
$1,125 sign-on bonus plus orientation pay.

Additional Pay
Short-haul band pay on loaded miles.
Detention pay after 1 hour.
Hazmat premium pay when applicable.
Stop-off and accessorial pay.
Annual anniversary bonus of $100 per year of service.
Safety-based mileage raises with high earning cap.
