Now Hiring CDL-A OTR Drivers

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Over-The-Road drivers who are ready to run nationwide lanes, earn competitive pay, and drive late-model equipment while enjoying consistent home time and full benefits.


Pay & Compensation

  • $0.50 – $0.65 CPM (paid on all miles: loaded and empty, including per diem)
  • $1,000 minimum weekly guaranteed pay with full schedule availability
  • Additional pay for:
    • Detention
    • Stop pay
    • Layover pay
  • Bonus opportunities available based on performance and safety

Home Time

  • Stay out 3–4 weeks at a time
  • Receive at least 4 consecutive days off after each rotation
  • Earn 1 day off for every 6 days worked

Orientation

Driver Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Minimum 12 months of verified OTR driving experience
  • Clean driving and safety record preferred
  • Must meet all DOT and company safety requirements
