Pay (Loaded / Empty CPM)
- 9–29 months experience: $0.69 / $0.67
- 30+ months experience: $0.71 / $0.69
- More accurate Practical Mileage pay
- Premium pay per mile for placarded Hazmat (less than 2% of freight is placarded)

Band Pay (loaded miles only / non-relay loads):
- 0–100 miles: $35 per load
- 101–400 miles: $25 per load
- $100 anniversary bonus (paid annually for each year of service)
- Detention pay after 1 hour

- Valid Class A CDL
- 9 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- (6 months may qualify if teaming with an experienced driver — call for details)
- No DWIs in the past 7 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No preventable DOT-reportable accidents in the past 3 years
- Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) (company drivers only)
- No drug test refusal or failure
