Job Details:

Home Time: Home daily – enjoy evenings with family and avoid long stretches away from home.
Overnight Stays: Rare overnight hotel stays may occur for unexpected scheduling needs.
Current Schedule: 6 days on with a 34-hour restart, followed by 5 days on with 2 days off – structured for predictable work-life balance.
Opportunities to Earn: Plenty of opportunities to increase earnings through additional stops and performance incentives.
Miles per Week: Average of ~1,250 miles per week.
Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Refrigerated Freight – all freight is preloaded and unloaded without driver handling.
Delivery Area: Covers South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia – primarily regional routes.
Shifts: Night shifts between 8 PM – 11 PM, including weekends. Flexible scheduling options may be available.
Equipment: Drivers will operate well-maintained International, Freightliner, and Kenworth day cabs (slip seating).

Compensation and Benefits:

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 upon hire – paid shortly after start date.
Average Weekly Gross Pay: $1,200 (must work full schedule)
Annual Earnings Potential: Up to $70,000
Pay Method: Pays whichever is greater – Mileage Pay or Lane Minimum Pay, ensuring consistent income.
Stop Pay: $20 per stop
